Players Hockey Club pride themselves on their sociability on and off the pitch and do their best to look after umpires and opposition - 2007/8 saw Players voted as one of the top 10 most sociable clubs in the Midlands.

October 17th - Informal pub crawl around Lenton - 5pm meet at Highfields or earlier
December 5th - Xmas Party - Highfields - 8-12 - Disco & Karaoke - Free
December 19th - Inter club mixed with Players Ladies - Highfields - 12.30 & evening
February 27th - Race Night - Bulwell Forest Golf Club - 7-12 - £5 a ticket - £3 a horse - Buffet & Disco afterwards - Speak to your captain for more info or use the "Contact Us" link
March 27th - End of season Pub Crawl - 5pm meet at Highfields or earlier
April 10th - Annual Dinner - Park Yacht Inn - 7-12 - £20 a ticket - £15 for juniors and students - Speak to Stef Round or Stephen Dockrell for more info
